Urban sketching daily practice, sketching using fountain pens, adding sketches, lettering practice, and documenting your memories is an artistic way.

11:00 Stygian Zine Lab by Holly Rhiannon (Stygian Media)
Get published in an hour! Participants will create a short horror story, poem, or illustration with their favourite pens and ink, which will be compiled into a digital mini-zine. This workshop celebrates hands-on creativity, offline collaboration, and Canadian dark fiction.

A deep dive into the incredible Pilot Parallel Calligraphy Fountain Pen. This pen is a true powerhouse of versatility, and I will be sharing my favourite tips and tricks to help you maximize its potential, from beautiful line variation to creative flourishes and even some cute little art!

Explore various techniques for Ink Swatching whether you're documenting inks or identifying ink properties for fountain pen pairings! In this hands-on workshop, you'll create swatch cards using various ink swatching tools and techniques!

Join Candace (aka @inks.and.anchors on Instagram) for a fun and informative workshop at Montreal’s Scriven Pen Show. This is a great class for anyone who wants to learn how to use your fountain pens and inks creating beautiful art - no experience required! Not only is it fun, but therapeutic as well!

15:00 Pamphlet Stitch Book Workshop by Ana Maria Vera (anabookaba)
I would like to offer a bookbinding workshop. It would consist on the creation of a notebook in either Japanese binding or pamphlet stitch binding. Both styles can be done in 1 hour and don't require the use of glue.
