Scriven mini pop-up show is officially booked for Sunday November 26th at Thésaurus Thérrarium. Come have some tea and scones, trade inks and supplies, and buy from our specially selected vendors!

Mini Scriven Pop-up Market

Finally! We are back! Covid has eased (and we hope it remains that way. This allows us to host an event.

We met some really amazing people at this year's Montreal Pelikan Hub. So this year we will be teaming up with the Montreal Pelikan Hub Master and the owner of Thesaurus Therrarium Teahouse to host a mini pop-up pen market.

Date: Sunday, November 26th, 2023
Time: 11am-6pm
Where: Thesaurus Therrarium Teahouse (383 Rue de l'Église, Verdun, QC H4G 2M5)

Come have some delicious sandwiches, incredible tea, and mouth-watering scones. Oh! Also come to check out our vendors of pens, inks, and writing supplies. There will be an inksharing table as well.

Cancelled Again

Once again, due to the Pandemic, Scriven 2022 has been cancelled. We can be found with a table at other fairs and shows this year:

 

- Beltaine Spring Fair

- Scriptus Toronto

 

And maybe in 2023, more vendors will feel comfortable enough for us to host a show then.

October 1st opens with registration with vendors for the May 2022 Scriven show. 

 

Here are some key dates:

• October 1st - Priority registration for former registrants
• October 15th - registration for local shops
• November 1st - registration publicly open to all thematic vendors

 

We are excited to see you all! We can hardly wait to make this happen.

Sorry, not sorry.

We are thrilled to let you know that we have booked a new venue, an old style Curling Club in Montreal-West, for our show. The hall is on the THIRD floor. OOF! No elevator, so be forewarned. The second floor is a dark wood styled lounge where we may sit to enjoy tea, eat some food, and talk about the amazing things we have done/attended/bought at the show.

DATE! I bet you want to know the date... Saturday, May 14th, 2022.

We will be the first Pen & Tea show in Canada post-pandemic crisis.

... and the matter of the pandemic... COVID is still with us, and will still be with us come may 2022. Therefore, we will be adjusting the safety protocols necessary for attending (and vending at) such an event. We want everyone to have not just an AMAZING time, but also a safe one.

In the meantime...

... get vaccinated! Wash your hands, wear your mask, keep social distancing.
